Welcome to Marin's Room — a personal creative project. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Be kind

The XR Space and chat let you post content that others can see. Please keep it respectful. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content stored off-chain at our discretion — but note that anything written to the blockchain is permanent and cannot be removed by anyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, but by posting you allow us to store and display it as part of the site (for notes, this means publicly and indefinitely). Please only post things you're comfortable making public and permanent.

Holy Mary Chain, tokens & keepsakes

The XR Space is connected to Holy Mary Chain, a small blockchain we run for fun. To be completely clear:

• Its tokens and the keepsakes you earn have no monetary value, are not investments or securities, and are not for sale.
• Keepsakes are non-transferable — they're mementos, not financial assets.
• The chain is an experimental art project. It may be reset, changed, or discontinued at any time, and no value or continuity is promised.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support the project, processed securely by Stripe. They are not purchases and are generally non-refundable. Donating doesn't entitle you to any financial return — any perks or recognition are simply a thank-you.

Provided "as is"

This is a personal project offered as-is, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, go offline, or change without notice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
